Webaspx and Aimes Grid Services, a University of Liverpool, company have launched a new joint venture compnay providing advanced planning and scheduling to the Home Care sector. The new company, Opticare Systems, has received funding from Liverpool Ventures and is working with a number of local authority adult care services to improve the efficiency of their operations.
