We work with technical consultants, facility owners and FM service providers to reduce the cost and the risk of the contract. Our solutions are delivered through consultancy (e.g. Modelling) or software (e.g.Contract Performance Reporting) or a combination of both.

Bid Support : We provide in depth resource modelling to determine the right mix of resources and the best way to deploy them over the life of the contract. The resulting financial models are more robust and accurate in estimating the likely financial performance of the contract.

Operational Support : As well as supporting new tenders, we are able to improve the performance of existing FM contracts by providing consultancy or software or a tailored mixture of both. We use modelling to analyse and optimise resource. We offer software systems to provide better visibility of contract performance measures to allow improvement activities to be targeted.
