However, some local authorities and waste management companies have unique issues or constraints which require a custom solution. For example, they may have a specific service need caused by particular demographics, or their existing waste disposal infrastructure may create unique requirements.
We offer consultancy to solve specific service or planning problems. We also offer a suite of award-winning software tools to support better planning and execution of waste collection or disposal activities. Our solutions may consist of consultancy or software or a mixture of both.
A small sample of our experience is summarised below:
- Facility Modelling and Optimisation – a recent project led to the identification of hundreds of thousands of pounds of annually recurring savings by modelling and optimising complex waste processing facilities.
- PFI Contract Performance Monitoring – Webaspx are able to specify the requirements for systems to monitor the performance of PFI contracts.
- Waste Flow Modelling - in an integrated waste disposal network. Webaspx have worked on large PFI contracts to provide facilities modelling.
- Waste Capture rates modelling – Webaspx have provided capture rates software models for Defra in collaboration with Entec and Eunomia.
- Custom Software Development – Webaspx are able to offer either standard waste management software modules or offer custom solutions to meet our clients’ specific needs.
